There once was a story that was a Spider-man/X-Men crossover with the OC paired with Emma Frost, who had a slightly different origin like being at the same High School with this OC and Peter Parker. It got deleted so I was a bit saddened at that.
Then, after playing Spider-man games, seeing a few Spider-man/Black Cat stories, I decided to make a story that has the OC paired with Black Cat since there is no Black Cat/OC stories.
I love Black Cat. She's smart, sneaky, beautiful, sexy in leather, a downright badass thief who can flirt and kick ass at the same time.
Anyway, the OC is David North, who now has a different profile. In Spider-man stories like this one, he'll have a different bio, in Venom stories he'll have the same one.

A hand slammed on the alarm clock to stop it beeping. A tired, masculine groan was heard from underneath the covers before they were pulled down to reveal a handsome young man at 18 years old. He had short black hair and blue eyes. He got out of bed and threw off the shirt he was wearing, revealing that he had an average body with a six-pack and had clearly been at the gym. He exited his bedroom and we t to the bathroom, going into a shower for 30 minutes before finishing up.
His name was Davis North and his life was about to change today.
Once he got dressed into casual clothing that consisted of a black shirt, a dark grey hoodie, dark blue jeans, and a pair of blue and red converse trainers. Once he was finished, he got his bag and left the bedroom, going down the hall and into the kitchen were an older woman in her fifties was, her name was Sarah North, David's mother.
"Hey honey." Sarah smiled at her son who smiled back before she kissed his forehead. "Be good at school, and try to keep Peter out of trouble."
"He hardly gets into trouble except being Kate sometimes." David chuckled before having his breakfast as the TV played the news showing the hero known as Spider-man fighting alongside the infamous thief Black Cat against the crazy villain known as Carnage. David shook his head when Carnage escaped. The red alien monster had been more active since Venom disappeared.
After finishing breakfast, David said goodbye to his mother before quickly leaving to go get the school bus, today was a school trip to Oscorp Industries and David was going with his two friends, Peter and Mary Jane.
David has known Peter since they were little, David had seen Peter getting bullied and stepped in to protect him. After that, the two were close as brothers. David also met Mary Jane since Peter was her boyfriend.
Quickly catching the bus, David met with Peter and MJ at the back. "Hey guys." He greeted as he sat in the empty seat in front of them.
"Hey David." Peter said with a smile, MJ also smiled and greeted him. "So, excited for the trip to Oscorp?"
"Yeah. I wonder what we're going to see while in there." MJ said, looking between the two boys.
"Probably the labs and hear how Norman Osborn is so bloody brilliant." David said sarcastically and rolled his eyes. He had heard many say Norman Osborn was brilliant and everything. A bunch of ass kisses those people were. He hated those kind of people who leech off the rich when they can and scare the poor and innocent.
"Not surprised at that answer." Peter chuckled with a shake of his head.
"Trust me, Norman Osborn...there's something about him that's just...off. I know your friends with his son, but still." David said, referring to Harry Osborn.
MJ sighed and shook her head with a smile as she and Peter shared amused looks. It wasn't the first time David had said something about Norman Osborn.
The bus soon arrived at the school and everyone got off, immediately going down where the other bus would be taking them to Oscorp Industries, giving their permission forms along the way. The three friends sat at the back and spoke to each other about anything as the bus started the journey to Oscorp.
"So, seen the news about Spider-man and Black Cat?" David asked his friends.
"Yeah, fighting Carnage." Peter said with a nod though David did notice something strange at how he said it but ignored it.
"Gotta say though, Spider-man is a lucky guy if he's got someone like Black Cat as a partner." David said with a smirk, but didn't notice Peter blushing at what he was insinuating.
MJ scoffed. "You mean some slut that practically shoves her breasts everyone because their so big? Please!"
"What you both talking about?" Said another female voice as a beautiful blonde sat next to David. She had a very voluptuous figure and green eyes. Her name was Felicia Hardy.
"Spider-man and Black Cat." David said before smiling at the girl he had feelings for. "Hey Felicia."
Felicia smiled back. "Hey David." She said softly before looking at the two behind them. "Moving on from the Spider and the Cat, what do you think this trip to Oscorp will be about?"
"Like I told these two, probably boring presentations of how brilliant Osborn is. I'd rather see Tony Stark do splits in the Iron Man suit before seeing that." David said with a chuckle while the other three rolled their eyes in amusement. They continued talking before the bus soon arrived at Oscorp industries. "Let's go and see how boring this trip will be."
Felicia chuckled as she walked down towards the door with David, Peter, and MJ following behind. "It will probably not."
"Probably will." David scoffed.
The group of students entered the building and were met with one of the scientists working here. The scientist brought them up the escalators and into the labs. Everyone looked in awe except David who rolled his eyes. It was just labs and people experimenting, probably with stuff they didn't understand.
David looked around before seeing a scientist leaving a room that had 'Restricted Area' above it. He also noticed the door left open a little and looked to see everyone distracted so he quietly and carefully walked over and entered the room, shutting the door afterwards and began exploring.
He soon reached some sort of room that seemed to have spiders in it. He then also noticed a glass cylinder with a strange black too inside it. Curious, David enters the room and the too began moving wildly, as if sensing he was nearby and it was pressing itself against the glass in his direction. Walking over, David kneeled down to look at it and tapped the glass, not noticing a spider suddenly fall onto his shoulder and making it's way to his neck. Then...it bit him.
"Ah!" David yelled, stumbling forward and accidentally knocking the glass down, which broke and the too came outs immediately racing for David and jumped onto him. David tried to get it off but it then disappeared. Frowning, David looked around before quickly leaving the room and getting back to the others like nothing had just happened.
Unaware he now had a friend along with him.
And that's chapter one. I hope you enjoyed it and are looking forward to more. If anyone wants to help and send me ideas or a dull written chapter 2, that's fine. But it has to be about David experiencing weird symptoms and a dark, demonic voice in his Head. Think of a mix of Spiderman 2002 and the 2018 Venom movie, think of how Peter and Eddie begin finding out that they've changed.
Also yeah, that was the Venom symbiote. Things may be AU in this story but it's Fanfiction, our imagination runs wild on this site. I hope this story also helps with giving authors ideas for their own Black Cat/OC stories.
