Goodbye
Cynthia's POV
What to do today I asked myself as I lay bored on my bed thinking of something fun to do today. Maybe I could my older sister out of the house all she does since she started having those visions is sit around and draw pictures of the future, if Mom caught her bad thing will happen I know that.
I know what your thinking your nuts, but it is true my big sister has beeen having these visions since she turned 16 and since we tell each other everything I knew. You see even thoe we are three years apart we are closer than any other siblings I know I don't know what I would do without her.
As I came to my sister's door I knocked three times. I waited a few minutes, but there was no answer. So I knocked again and still no answer. This is so weird Ali always answers the door. I knew something was terribly wrong I burst into my sister's room as fast as could. I looked around to see Alice looking out her window tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Ali what's wrong?" I said worrying for my sister she never cries she is always so strong. You knew someing was terribly wrong when she cries.
"C.B. you know I love you right" she said her voice a whisper almost to quiet for me to here.
"Ali what's wrong?" I said repeating the question now deeply terrified you could here is in my voice I almost feel like crying myself what is going on!
"Cynthia something bad is going to cause me to never see you again, but you have to be strong for the both of us okay. Your life will get better and you'll be fine without your me. I'll always love you little sis."
"No, tell me what's going on Alice. Tell me this is some sick joke you said your visions aren't set in stone right." I all but begged. Tears were streaming down my face pouring from my blue eyes like waterfalls as a stared into Alice's pierceing green eyes looking for a lie.
"No, hun I'm sorry ,but this vision is set in stone and I would never lie to you Cynthia you know that" she said her voice soft and sweet like a mother calming her child. "
I cried on her shoulder until I had no more tears. An hour later Alice was sent to the asylum by Mom because Mom found her sketchbook. Four hours later Alice was reported missing and assumed dead.
I will forever miss my sister and best friend Mary Alice Brandon.
