Word of the Week Challenge: toothbrush
Author's Note: My hubby actually suggested this one.
"Dean! That's my toothbrush man," Sam said disgustedly.
Dean continued to brush his teeth, nodding slightly and shrugging as he did.
"So," he said through a mouthful of foamy toothpaste.
"So that is gross," Sam said as he folded his arms over his chest. "You have your own, you know."
"I couldn't find mine. Besides, you drink out of my glass sometimes," Dean argued.
"That's different," Sam explained.
"I'm also wearing your socks," Dean said as he handed the toothbrush back to Sam.
"Dean!" Sam exclaimed as Dean left the bathroom. He didn't see the small childish grin Dean flashed.
HOLY CRAP! One hundred words on the nose, first pass through the story, no tweaking this week to find one more word! Whoo-hoo!
As for my favorite author/stories, that's a toughy for sure.
I really, really enjoy re-reading Punching Bag Blues by smalld1171.
I also absolutely love Stacking Bones by Glass Shoe. Read this story forever ago and just spent an hour hunting it down and officially adding it to my list. This author's style was what I first tried to develop through mimicry when I started my own fanfiction.
And for a bit of lighter fun, I very much enjoy MAG Ink by sayrae3times.
