Hello, it me Zethra. I know this is a rather short chapter, so just bare with me. It will start getting longer as time goes on, trust me. This isn't my first story(2nd story actually) but it IS my first Fanfic. Please, go easy on me, though I do accept friendly critique on my work as it will allow me to improve on my work. However, anything such as "Omg you SUCK!" will be ignored. Ok? Ok. :)

The modern day Link
CHAPTER 1
Many years ago, a battle had raged on a beautiful field. It was sunset, causing the fields to look golden under the dimming sunlight. Three people stood there, two enraged in the battle. One was a boy at the age of 17. The hair on his head was a bright golden color that flashed in the sunlight, and his eyes were blue like the ocean. He wore a green tunic, topped with a cap that looked similar to a leaf on his head. He also wore brown boots and two utility belts holding his tunic together. His sword swung against another sword, clanging at the sudden impact. The other sword belonged to another man, around the age of 35. His hair was a deep crimson red and his golden eyes lighted with fire and a lust for power. The man was dressed in black armor, topped with a black cape, along with black gloves and boots. His sword softly glowed.
The first one was known as Link, while the other was Ganondorf.
The battle continued on, Link had gotten a few stabs into the other while Ganon had managed to block most of Link's attacks.
Eventually though, things will end and Ganondorf had become tired. Link saw this as an advantage, and ended the Gerudo with the famous hidden skill; the ending blow.
Ganon gasped, screaming out in pain as Link's sword pierced deeply into his wound and then fainted. Link, gasping for air after the long battle, got up and walked over to his observer.
Their observer was a girl around the age of 20. She had blond/brown hair and blue eyes, judging by her cloths, a white and purple dress with the royal family's insignia on it. She was the Princess of Hyrule. Her name was Zelda.
They both stared at each other for a while, happy that Ganon had finally been defeated. So they thought…
Ganon had become conscious again and had begun walking towards them; flaunting how they could not kill him due to the power of the triforce.
And then… his eyes rolled back into his head and he collapsed, mouth open in a state of shock.
Now, Ganondorf, king of the Gerudo, was standing in place as a lifeless corpse.
10,000 years later…
"Yes I finally did it, my best record!" a boy, around the age of 17 shouted. He was wearing a green T-shirt and a pair of jeans and holding a Wii remote. He had broken his previous record of beating the first Zelda game.
This boy had a reputation of being really good at these types of games. He was able to 100 present the game and beat it within a week at minimum.
He hardly needed a guide, but he used one anyways because it had interesting strategies in them. He said that he wouldn't have thought of them, or would complain about the guide making it seem more complicated than it actually was. The boy, named Leon, looked over at the digital alarm clock on his nightstand, it read: 7:00am
"Wait until my friends hear this!" The blond stated, then jumped off the bed and headed downstairs to eat breakfast and catch the bus.
