Sasuke Kills Karin
There's only so much an Uchiha will take before he snaps. Uchiha Itachi is living proof of that. So, when Karin decided that she was going to try and latch onto Sasuke's arm for the 357th time in three days, Sasuke did not take it well.
Apparently, 356 times is the limit. The 357th time in three days is the breaking point.
Literally.
Sasuke broke Karin's arm that was latched onto him. Then her neck.
And she died.
And all of Sasuke's lovely fans were happy.
