"We're spending how much on that?" Terry asked in shock, taking in the battered exterior of the book his fiancee was holding.
"It's 20 galleons, but look at it. How often do you come across something like this?" Mandy answered with a hint of awe and longing in her voice.
He glanced at her, taking in the sparkle in her eyes as she told him about the book, and sighed. "Ok," he said.
"Really?" she asked, an excited grin on her face.
"Really," he said, plucking the book out of her hands.
Terry wove his way around the stacks of books at the little wizarding antique shop in Camden, and made his way to the counter. "We'll take it," he told the shop assistant, setting the ancient copy of "Hogwarts, A History" heavily on the counter.
"You don't by chance have a wedding registry?" he asked with a small smile.
