Heero slowly put the phone down as he turned to face Relena, his wife for the past year. She could tell by the look on his face what was to come. He had been called back into battle. "How long." was all she could get out but that seemed to be enough. He scooped her up in his arms and whispered sweet words into her ears as he carried her to their room.
Relena I hear you callin
But I can't come home right now
Me and the Boys are Fightin
And we just can't see the end
He woke up the next morning and slowly put on his uniform. He allowed himself one last glance at Relena before his emotionless mask was slipped into place. He gave her a kiss and walked out the door to his fate.

Heero scrambled as another shot was fired at him. The enemy had ambushed them. He opened his pocket and took out a picture that had worn edges and smoothed them out. IT was a picture of Relena and he gave it one last kiss before he hit the self-destruct button. Saving millions as he died clinging to her picture.

Relena screamed as she gave the final push as the doctor announced that she had a healthy baby boy. Zech's smiled as he watched his sister fuss over her son, but the news announcement brought a frown to his face as he tried to find a way to break it to Relena. He didn't have to because she had heard what it said. "Heero Yuy, husband of Vice- Foreign Minister Relena Dorlin-Peacecraft, died today in battle. Sacrificing his life for our peace."
