Lee was bored. He needed to do something. All they were doing was standing around waiting for Kara to come back from Caprica, if she was even going to make back. He was starting to get antsy.

"Captain Apollo, she will make it back, I know she will."

"Yes, Madame President." Lee turned around to walk away from the group. He needed some space to himself. He didn't get two steps away when the door of the hallway opened. He stepped behind the president, ready to face whoever it was walking towards them.

His heart skipped a beat when he say Kara walk into the room. She stopped at the doorway, gave a small smile, and continued walking into the room. Lee didn't even realize that his feet were moving until he meant up with Kara in front of the group. He wrapped his arms around to hug her and to make sure she was actually there.

Kara wasn't sure what to think when she was told that the President was on the Astrol Queen hiding. But what surprised her the most was when someone said that Captain Adama was with her. Kara wasn't sure how Lee was going to react to seeing her after what happened before she left. She didn't want to face him right away, but she knew that she didn't have a choice. She followed the guy that was taking Kara, Helo, and Sharon to the rest of the group. Once they got to the door, the guy left. And Kara turned to Helo.

"You guys should stay out here until I tell you to come in. Let me talk to Lee, ok?"

"Yeah. That's probably best."

Kara nodded and went through the door. She walked down the hall trying to calm herself. She stopped at the doorway before walking inside, smiling when she saw Lee. She started walking towards the group, not really surprised when she was meant halfway by Lee. She wasn't even that surprised when he hugged her and she hugged him back. What freaked her out was that he kissed her.

Lee looked as shocked as Kara did. But all of that was forgotten as soon as Lee saw Sharon walk into the room.
