It was a dark gloomy day. Mick was lying in his Stealth Storm Sorter, wishing the war would end soon. Mick had it the worst, his family lived in Gonul a small colony right on the edge of the Republican and Imperial border so they got the worst of the war. He was determined to end the war. Today he was planning to try to pass the fire and go to the Imperial capital to try to convince the emperor to end the war. He had high hopes and kept his head up all the time, but the problem was his Stealth Storm Sorter had broke today and Mick could not fix it. He would have to take the Iron Kong, it was slow; that's why he preferred the Stealth Storm Sorter. The Stealth Storm Sorter could also avoid being spotted much easier. At least the Iron Kong had power, it was special high artillery. Mick bid farewell to his family and started taking off in the Iron Kong. While piloting he dreamed about how much better Planet Zi would be in complete peace. Finally he could see the battle field; it was a gory sight. A new zoid lie waste every second, pointless lives lost. He realized he could not pass thru without being seen. The Iron Kong was an Imperial zoid, but he was closer to the Republican armies' side right now. Mick boosted the engine as fast as he could and raced past to the Imperial side, while he shot down two Republican D. Bison's. The Imperial army thought he was on there side and attempting to retreat. The commander of this battle Schobaltz "ordered" him to stay. Mick felt he had to stay otherwise he would not make it further and may be shot down. So he fought as a member of the Imperial army; this was the last thing he wanted to happen. But to his surprise, Mick did very well he managed to take out many zoids. There was this one Shield Liger that was pissing him off; this pilot was extremely impressive. The Shield Liger was undisputedly the best zoid in the battle; he dodged every shot at him and took down at least 30 Imperial zoids. Not even the power of this mighty Shield Liger was enough to win the battle for the Republicans; the Republicans were forced to retreat. His side had won the battle, well sort of. Now Mick got himself stuck in the Imperial army; the place where he least wanted to be. How could he get out of the Imperial army without being thought as a spy? Was he stuck as an Imperial now? Mick didn't know, but he did know that his life just got a lot more complicated.
