AN: Takes place in the future. I've been going through a period where I'm
unsure about my writing and I'm trying to overcome it.
Blake Bradley smiled as he approached the door, home at last he thought to himself. He was a champion motocross rider and enjoyed it but it didn't compare to being home.
Tomorrow he would see his brother for the first time in two years; Hunter and Cam were on a sightseeing trip around the world. He had been stunned to learn about the two of them but he could see their happiness, so he had wished them all the best.
He quietly let himself in so he wouldn't wake his wife the one person he loved more than himself, but when he got to the bedroom she opened her eyes, "hey handsome."
"Hey Tori I'm sorry for waking you."
"I was already awake."
Just then the reason for her wakefulness made herself heard, Blake smiled, "I'll get her."
Blake went to the next room and picked up their daughter Lucy, a tiny version of his wife, "Hey there."
She began to coo as he took her to Tori, "I missed you."
She smiled, "as always we've missed you."
Blake smiled as he stared at his family, there was a time when riding in races and wandering around was all he had to look forward to, but what he had now he wouldn't give it up for anything.
AN: Short I know but hopefully you enjoyed.
