Xion's Dark Love

Sitting there in class, swing my sock knee-high, legs. The teacher was ranting on about ancient Egypt or something like that. I just stared out the window on this beautiful day. Since I had the window seat I had a good view of the campus grounds, a few people walked past in the courtyard, I was three floors up from the first floor. A spiked brown haired boy was talking with a silvered haired boy that looked like he was at least a junior. I'm not sure what they were talking about, wait duh I was on the third floor, I swear I'm so dumb sometimes. I slipped a single black earphone in my left ear so my teacher couldn't see. I looked down at my iPod and clicked on 'Running away' by Greyson Chance. I loved his songs even though he looked like a 10 year old.
"Xion!" huh? My name was called? Must have been daydreaming or something because the next thing I know is that a hard covered book slammed down on my head. "ouch!"I rubbed my black raven head. "what country did Napoleon emperor of!?" I thought for a minute. Wait weren't we talking about ancient Egypt? "Ummm….France right?" I was still rubbing my head. The teacher nodded. "Good job now apologize." I grumbled. "Sorry …."he walked back to the front of the room. He was always a grump when someone wasn't on contract.
I don't know if it was me or if time hated me because class seemed really, and I mean really, long today but finally the bell rang for lunch. Gathering my things a felt a light tap on my back. "Xion?" I turned around and saw a brown haired girl with blue eyes. "Oh hello Zelda! Ready to go to lunch?" I held up my books and pushed my glasses up. Zelda smiled and pushes a hair behind her long Hylian ears. "Yup!" she took my arm and we went arm in arm down the hall. Zelda was my best friend since we were in diapers, we never went anywhere together, well except when she hanged out with a boy named Link. He had blonde hair and pale skin and Blue eyes. She had the biggest crush on him, I thought it was pretty- "Xion! Gusse what!" she squealed and danced around. Oh no here she goes, here comes the Link rant. "Link bought concert tickets for a famous band, Owl City!" My eyes lit up a little that was one of my most favorite bands. "And he has four tickets! One for me, one for you, one for himself and one for his best friend named -"I blocked her out after that. All I could think of is the band we were going to see. She laughed but ran off because she saw Link. I walked out into the courtyard and leaned against the wall. I wondered what tonight would be like.
