I'm currently writing this as a means of an apology - mostly to those who follow my stories regularly. For the past few years, I have been plagued by what could be called "technical issues" - as is having one computer after another dying on me! Now I have a Windows 7 laptop that another family member had sold me for $50, and hopefully this machine might last me!
Health issues also plagued me this year. Two months ago I had surgery to repair a detached retina in my left eye. I'm happy to report that the vision in that eye has improved significantly, and am looking forward for the same in my right eye, as soon as the surgery can be scheduled.
I've also suffered a family tragedy this past year. My younger brother, Clinton "Wade" Coldiron had a pain he attributed to a broken tailbone, only to discover all too late that it was prostate cancer. He died on June 4, 2013 at age 51. And three weeks to the day of Wade's death, my cousin Cathy Ostler had died, possibly from heart-related issues, but also she might have missed Wade as well.
So you can see, I've been having quite the problems. But now that I have my new computer, I can resume writing my fanfictions, so please be patient.
