The New Babysitter:

Chapter 1:

"Ravi, come here!" Skylar yelled from the kitchen. Bertrum leaned against the counter and hackled. "You're new alright." She waved off his comment and waited for Ravi's approach. Ravi entered the kitchen with a look of confusion painted across his face. "Yes Skylar?" he answered in his thick Indian accent.

Heck, I almost forgot what I called him for because of this round, fat cook slash maid cackling beside me. "Um, I need you to show me around. Please remember that I'm new." She said as she lead him to the door frame. "There's a lizard roamin' around here newie, I don't need to be disturbed with your scifi screams." Bertrum said as he passed me and disappeared into another room.

That dude was creepy. Like really creepy. She might need to sleep upright with a bat on contact. This was her first day on the job and she needed to meet all of the kids. Ravi lead her into a dark room with a big screen that played the movie Wreck It Ralph. He clapped his hands and the lights immediately came on, sending her to gain her balance. Six sets of eyes were on her, which sent her into a shock.

An African girl with long wavy hair jumped up, and examined her. "I'm Zuri, and you are?" she said. "Um I'm" The boy got up and approached her. " I'm Luke and you are cute." His approach was a quick dip walk and a dance spin. Charming. But she was too old for him. The other girl came up and introduced herself. "I'm Emma, the oldest of all and the most stylish." She spun around to give Skylar a complete view of her outfit.

"Everyone this is Skylar our new nanny." Ravi announced. "Oh I thought she was the older version of a girl's scout or somethin'" Zuri stated as she left the room. Skylar was totally offended by that insult. "Oh don't mind her, she just craves a cookie or two before the parents arrive." Luke reassured her; he then slid towards her and held unto her shoulder. "You seem like you are into short, young guys… well I am the guy for you."

Emma pulled him away and pulled Skylar into the living room. "So do you like the Ross' residence?" She asked as she spread her arms and kicked something backwards. Skylar looked around her and seen a tail. "What is that?" she asked as she pointed to the thing that she kicked. She shook her head and quickly responded. "Nothing." Ravi stood in front of her and said. "Oh that-"he pointed to the mysterious creature. "Is Mr. Kibbling."

There was the lizard Bertrum warned Skylar about.
