Disclaimer: The lovely BBC owns Doctor Who and all things associated with it, I am only borrowing some of the characters and intend to return them unharmed.
N/A: This is something of an experiment, I have not written anything in quite a while and my last attempt was slightly tragic. Please leave feedback, I could probably do with some. Oh and if some lovely person would be willing to beta for me, I have a bit of something in the works and would love someone to help me out with the old grammar, spelling and other bits and bobs.

'I looked into the Tardis and the Tardis looked into me'
'I can see everything... all that is... all that was... all that ever could be'
Rose Tyler: Parting of The Ways
The Tardis hummed sadly, her Timelord wasn't with her, she was alone, she grieved.
She felt it, a tug, coming from inside of her. She reached out, looking, feeling...Rose.
Rose, desperate, looking, seeking, sadness, anger, fear, love. The Tardis pulled back, she was like a torrent. She felt the tug once more. What did she want?
She looked again, beyond the chaotic surface and there, there it was, the one word that this torrent was focused on, 'Doctor'. It surrounded her, it consumed her. The Tardis yielded and opened her heart.
Rose could see her, could see all that she was and it was beautiful, the Tardis reached out, Rose yielded and opened her heart.
The Tardis looked into Rose and saw all that she was and all that she could be, saw her love for the Doctor, saw the risks she was willing to take for him. She saw Rose's selflessness, her courage, her bravery, her weaknesses, saw every part of her and the Tardis knew.
The Tardis stepped back from Rose, showed her a gift, offered it to her.
Rose looked, turned it over and inside out, saw the path this gift could take her down and saw her path if she refused.
The Tardis hummed to Rose, wrapped her in time and sound, it is your choice, always your choice dear one, do not be afraid to say no.
Rose laughed, like she would turn it down, she opened her arms and embraced this precious gift, her choice, always her choice.
The Tardis and Rose pulled back to each other and they rejoiced, danced in and around each other, singing with joy and completion and they flew to their Doctor.
