After waking up at Derek's house after being attacked by the alpha, only to find out that the person who saved me was now dead I needed to find a way to release how I was feeling.
I left the old Hale house and was walking down the street, seeing Jackson's house I looked over and stopped dead in my tracks. My old family house, where I was brutally beaten every day, and the damn thing was still standing. I walked over and hesitantly walked inside. The damn place still makes me scared. I went down to the basement, pleased to see that the damn freezer was no longer intact. Coming up with an Idea I ran out of the house, looking back at it I couldn't help the swell of anticipation that bubbled in my gut.
Later that night I walked back down the similar street I used to dread waking down, I was dressed in all back, a black bandanna tied around my face, just under my eyes so it was covering my nose and mouth, I had on a pair of sunglasses as well, using my wolf ability to see, I had my hood up covering my head. I walked inside and set down the two cans of gas I had in my hand. Taking one I went downstairs and completely drenched the basement in gas. Walking throughout the house dumping the rest of the gas around the house. Once both containers I had were empty I threw them into the room and walks out, grabbing the half empty bottle of Jack Daniels I had, I took off the bandanna I had stuffing half of it in the bottle. This had to be done. No way in hell would i let this house stand still after all the shit I went through here. Taking out the lighter from my pocket I lit the tip of the bandanna and threw the bottle through the door, watching it smash against the wall as the flames quickly engulf and started spreading through the house. I took off the sunglasses I had on and stood on the sidewalk in front of the house watching it burn. This hell hole I lived in... Where things went from being worse to slightly better now burning in front of me. I don't know how long I stood there, watching it burn with a slight grin on my face when I heard the sound of the sirens in the distance, turning I walked the opposite way of the sound the sirens were coming from, taking once last glance at the burning house I felt something I haven't felt in a long time, Peace. I let out a happy sigh and whispered to myself, "Finally. It's over."
