"Ne, Kisame." The shark-like nukenin turns to the much shorter kunoichi, "What, Kirazona?"
"Where's Itachi-san? I haven't seen him all day." This was true, seeing as Kirazona was up at dawn due to Tobi. Kisame shrugs, "our room, probably. Our mission is postponed to tomorrow."
"Why? I thought everyone had a mission today, or so I was told." The larger man chuckles and motions to Kirazona to have a seat,
"today is Itachi's birthday."
"So?" she questions, sitting down next to him. Kisame grins and pats her on the head, enticing a growl from the kunoichi.
"No missions on birthdays, it's a tradition. We can't function well when bogged down with memories of happier times." With that, he leaves the room and Kirazona reflects on what he said.
' Tradition, huh?' she muses as she walks down the halls. She stops at the door marked with the Uchiha symbol, "Happy birthday, Itachi-san."
