Alfred awoke earlier than normal today. Looking at the clock, it read 8:00 instead of his usual 9:00. "Weird," he mumbled while crawling out of bed; Alfred stretched, yawned, and then scratched himself as he made his way to his bathroom to get ready for the upcoming day.

8:30

Once dressed and ready, Alfred decided to grab something to eat on the way out. Today was a free day; he decided to spend it by sight seeing in New York.

8:35

After grabbing something to eat, Alfred strolled around the busy city. People were busy rushing to their jobs; he only seemed be noticed in the chaos when someone bumped into him. Making his way around the block, he figured he should see The Statue of Liberty since he was closer to it.

8:40

The Statue of Liberty was just as cool as he remembered it. "Definitely the best way to represent a great country like mine,' Alfred said to himself, 'I think I'll go see The Twin Towers now. They are some of my favorite monuments."

8:45

Reaching The Twin Towers took longer than expected. Once Alfred finally reached them, he stood there for a second admiring them. Smiling with pride, Alfred thought about how cool and strong his country was and how no one could invade his country. As Alfred stood there thinking about his country, it happened.

8:46

Alfred watched in horror and disbelief as the planes flew into The Twin Towers. He could hear screams coming from every direction. The city was in anarchy. All Alfred could do was stand there and watch his country crumble right in front of his eyes.
