So yeah, as the summary says, this is the beginnings to an idea I've had for a multi-chapter Ty Luko fic. I really love this pairing and I haven't seen enough stories of it for my taste, so I thought, "Why not make what I'd like to see in one myself." Now as you can tell, this is post-Ursa banishment and pre-Agni Kai. If this gets turned into a full on story, it would span from this point in time to post-war. I'd also like to take Ty Lee along with him on his banishment in one way or another. So, I'd just like your opinions on what you think of the idea and if you think I kept them in-character for this. Thanks!

"Mom, why'd you have to leave me alone with Dad and Azula" Zuko mused, sitting in front of his mother favorite Turtleduck pond.

It had been one week. One week since his mother disappeared, one week since his grandfather died, one week since his father became Fire Lord, and one week since Zuko's life got turned upside down.

He no longer had anyone to confide in, no longer had anyone to ask for help from. His father resented him more then he already did, his sister became colder and colder as the days went by. He felt utterly and hopelessly alone… or so he thought. There was a little girl in pink behind one of the bushes that wanted nothing more than to go talk to Zuko, see how he felt but, she didn't. Why? She was afraid of what his reaction would be. She knew of his father and was friends with his sister and she knew that neither of them would take a question like that very well.

"You know, if you want to talk to him, you can. He's my brother, he doesn't bite. He's too weak to." Azula said from behind Ty Lee.

"Azula!" Ty Lee said, surprised at the princess' appearance. "I don't know if he'd even want to see me." Ty Lee said dejectedly.

"Oh, trust me. Zuzu would love anyone he could snivel and cry to." Azula sneered.

"But…"

"I don't care whether you talk to him or not Ty Lee. Personally, I wish he would have left with mother. He acts the same as her, afraid of his surroundings and to cowardly to do anything about it." Azula said before walking back into the palace.

"Well, I guess it couldn't hurt to try." Ty Lee thought to herself.

"Zuko!" Ty Lee said as she walked from behind the bush.

"What?" Zuko said as he turned around. "Oh, it's you. I think Azula's in the palace somewhere."

"I didn't come here to see Azula silly, I came to see you!" Ty Lee said with a smile.

"You came to see me?" Zuko said, shocked.

"Yeah, I thought you could use some company so, here I am!"

"…Thanks. I guess I could use some company."
