Dominique, my best friend since birth, is the most inspiring person I've ever is tall, muscular teenager that likes to be in the eye of fashion. She has a indescribable need to create her own outfits. She is the one I know that has a genuinely unique sense of style. Dominique has a comedic look at life.
"Live it to make memories. Not to create conflicts" Dominique would remind me.
Being her comedic self. She can come up with the most crazy, insane things that can make you fall out of your chair. For example, she will talk in horrible, but funny, accents that you could never forget. Dominique has her moments, but she is more than that. Dominique always had a talent of keeping people close. Sometimes when my other friend, Haley, and I are in a fight she will state the obvious.
"You guys do realize your fighting over a seat. right?"
Because she keeps us together, our friendship grows stronger.
But, above all, her determination and strive is what I see. When she is determined to succeed in what she wants to do. She is, most definitely, going to do it. No if, ans', or buts about it. Her strive is also at a very high level. Dominique will only go for what she believes is right. Not on the judgement of what some of her classmates would think.
Dominique's talented, loving vocals are off the charts. She can go to the tip - top of the scales and have her own sound, or style to the music. On the other hand, she will admit she criticizes herself very strictly. But, no matter what, to me she has the voice that could rock the world.
I feel very blessed to have Dominique as a friend. She is funny, talented, and determined. I hope that the farther through life I go; I could keep in contact with her over the years. As I get older I will remember the ups and downs.
