She had been running for five adys straight now, though tired and her feet bruised, she kept on running.
There was a car driving down a long disserted road. "logan are u alright, feeling sick" asked liz cale looking at her son with concern. "I'm fine mom, just tired" Liz looked at logan, her 17 yr old son, who was staring out the window, then at her other children; 15 yr old Zeth and 9 yr old Jen, both sleeping. The stress from their vacation catching up on them. She glanced over to her husband James, life was good she had everything she dreamed of and she wouldn't change it for the world.
In the far distance they saw a boy wearing a gray gown running along the road. "Who's that?" asked liz. "I don't know" replied James. Lagans curiosity was aroused, he wondered why there was a little boy no older than his sister, wearing a gown was jogging on this deserted road. He woke his siblings to show them, just then the little boy fell down. James pulled over beside the boy's body and everyone got out . as they looked closer they could see his feet were bruised and that he had a barcode tattoo n his neck. "What are we gonna do?"
Dr Peterson please come to the office." The intercom breaking the silence in the waiting room. The family sat waiting patiently. Just then the Dr approached them and they all stood. " Hi I'm Dr Roach. Well first of all she's ok just passed out from exhaustion" " Wait a minute she?" asked Zeth the doctor smiled " I'm afraid so, the haircut fooled me too. From her bruised feet and dehydration I would say she's been running for quite some time but she'll be ok we just want to keep for observation. Also I found this on her" he held out a couple of pills. " It's the food supplement tryptophan but it also used for controlling seizures.." " Dr theres a problem with patient 106" he hurried towards the room oblivious to th whole family following him. When he entered he could see the little girl shaking terribly. " ok I want 50ccs of tryptophan he ordered while they strapped her down so as to inject her with the fluid. Minutes later the seizures reduced visibly then stopped. The Dr turned to the family. "She needs to rest but u can stay with her. With that he left. Lagan and liz took seats by the bed but the others went out.
3 hrs later
lagan and liz were watching the lil girl intently then a nurse entered the room. As she placed her hand on the girl's wrist to check her P.R , the girl's eyes shot open and she grabbed the nurse hand. Before anyone could react she had break off the restraining agents and ran away
