Every time Logan looks at James, his heart swells up with emotion. He's had these feeling for a while now and it's building up inside of him. He never told anyone he was gay, let alone is in love with his best friend. He is too afraid to tell James how he feels, wondering if he'll laugh or if it ruins their friendship. But he can't hold it inside of him forever.

James never thought he would be in love with his best friend. He'd almost gone out and told everyone, but thought that would ruin their friendship and the band. He always stares at Logan, but makes up an excuse when someone asks about it. He knew today was the day. He would go and tell everyone who he was in love with, no matter what happened.

"Logan?" James asks, tapping Logan on the shoulder.
"Yes, James?" Logan looks at him with curious eyes. James opens his mouth, but nothing comes out; too captivated by how gorgeous Logan looks.
"Umm, I have to tell you something."
"What is it James?" Logan feels hope pushing through his chest, and secretly wishing it doesn't show.
"We'll talk about it soon, I have to go." James dashes away from him, and Logan feels the tears threatening to fall.

Logan rushes to his room, tears escaping his eyes. He breaks down as soon as he sits on his bed. He doesn't love you, keeps repeating over and over in his head as more sobs rake through his body.
James works up the courage and tries again, going into Logan's room. Seeing the body of Logan shaking from sobs, his heart just breaks then and there. He wraps his arms around the shaking form. "Logan, I'm sorry I couldn't tell you."

Logan calms down, looking up at James through his lashes. "What?" He manages to choke out.
"I love you Logan. I've loved you for a long time." James looks directly into his eyes, feeling as though he was reading his soul.
"I love you too, James." Logan smiles brightly at James. James leans down and lightly brushes his lips to Logan's. When Logan responds, the kiss becomes passionate and their hearts beat wildly, for this is what they've been waiting for.
