I do not own Doctor Who or The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy franchise. I am only a huge fan of both. I did use the almost exact description of The Restaurant at The End Of The Universe from pages 216 and 210 from The Restaurant at The End Of The Universe. Please Enjoy, please leave feedback both constructively negative and positive and last but not least, thank you for reading. Introducing:
Having Dinner with a Doctor and an Android named Marvin:
Chapter 1: The Entrance.
Amy shut the TARDIS door behind her as The Doctor started to press buttons, flip switches, and thrust levers up and down.
"Where now?" Amy asked, feeling slightly hungry and tired.
"Wherever you would like." The Doctor said. He had been being suspiciously nice to her for about a week now, and Amy felt a mixture of confusion and worry about it.
"Well," Amy said, pausing slightly to think. "I am feeling slightly peckish."
"I do here that there is an amazing restaurant at the end of the universe." Said The Doctor occupying himself with the TARDIS's main console.
"What are we waiting for then?" Asked Amy, slightly aggressively.
The Doctor flipped the largest of all of the levers down (slightly dramatically) and the familiar whoosh and wheeze of the TARDIS quickly filled the air. Amy (feeling rather queasy) sat down on one of the uncomfortable chairs that randomly surrounded the main console.
Suddenly, the noise stopped, and the smell of smoke and grease was replaced with the smell of steak and candles. The Doctor jumped away from the controls and Amy could almost see the excitement buzzing around him. The Doctor ran down the stairs leading to the TARDIS's closet and before Amy could say Raxicoricofalipitorius, The Doctor came running back with a nice evening's attire.
Amy gapped at him and he gave her one of his goofy grins that could exterminate any unhappy thoughts in her head.
"Come along Pond." The Doctor said and he strolled out of the TARDIS.
Amy gasped in surprise. The sight was truly the most wonderful and beautiful thing that she had ever seen in her life. And that included the sunsets on the beautiful planet known as Magrathea and the picture of Jim The Fish that The Doctor had shown her. There were crossing patterns on the marble floor. Many tables were covered with jewels, gold leaves, and millions of unrecognizable decorations. All of the other tables that weren't covered with such delicacies were powdered with glitter.
"Welcome," said the Doctor, eyes surveying the stunning sight. "To Milliways. Better known as The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe."
