[Request: MarleneX Uriah]
I woke up to see Marlene's bed empty. "Marlene?" I shouted. There was no reply. "Marlene?" I tried again still no reply. Standing up, I looked around, she wasn't in this room. I ran for the door, the steel of the door handle pressed against my hand sending a shiver up my arm. The pit looked empty, I carried on running. She was still no-where to be seen. Looking around, I saw Tris. "Tris..Have you seen Marlene, I cant find her anywhere. She was there one minute and she wasnt the next. What if something has happened to her…" The words sped out of my mouth. She looked at me."Uriah calm down she will be her somewhere and we will find her you go back and look for her round there I will go up to the top and see if she is there."
"But.."
"No buts you are staying here and that is final, I dont need you worrying anymore then you already are."
"Fine." I started walking away back to the dorm. I knew she wasnt there but I suppose Tris was right I didnt need to worry anymore then I already was.
About 10 minutes later, Tris and Christina came running in. I stood up and walked towards them. "Uriah…shes gone…the erudite did it to her. We tried to save her but we were to late…"
