I had this idea for a little while. The idea of Bee being Sam's guardian reminds me of guardian angels. Disclaimer: I don't won Transformers
Angels.
Winged creatures resembling humans that act as messengers of the humans' God, guard the humans' Heaven, Hell, and Eden, and sometimes guard a particular human from harm and evil.
Guardian angels, that what the humans call them with that particular duty.
Before coming to Earth, I downloaded tons of information about humans' way of life from the World Wide Web, and for some reason, angels have become a particular interest of mine not because they are a part of human religions of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism but of their job of guarding a human because I can relate.
Sam Witwicky leans against a rusty bar of the catwalk in NEST Base as he talks to Lt. Colonial Lennox over some superhero movie both had recently seen.
After all, just like the guardian angels, I am a guardian to the human Samuel James Witwicky, and although technically, I am no longer assigned to be his guardian, I still choose to be, and I know Sam still wants me to be his guardian. We are best friends, and I love him like a brother, and I know Sam feels the same way, too. Even though Megatron or any other Decepticon will no longer hurt Sam, I will still protect him from anyone or anything that wishes to harm Sam. He is the person I care most about.
Guardian angels protect a chosen human. Humans can't see them (just like in the beginning, humans did not know of our existence), but they are there, always watching and always ready to lend a hand. Guardian angels may not have to deal with Decepticons, but they are alert for demons – creatures of evil, the opposite of angels – who wish to harm humans or lead them into may not be a species of a demon, but if he were one, he would be like the humans' Satan, and every single Decepticon would be some kind of demon. I would be Sam's angel, guarding him against the Satan Megatron and his Decepticon demons.
Sam leans harder onto the rusty railing. It breaks, and Sam loses his balance. Lennox tries to catch him but fails. Sam falls.
One thing I learned from the World Wide Web is that angels are immortal. They were created by God at the beginning of time lived since then. I am not immortal, and I have come close to death many times, but compared to the human lifespan, it seems that I am immortal. Not only that but humans in their anatomy seem so fragile compared to us Cybertronians. A knife wound or a bullet wound in a nonlethal area can still kill them if not treated right away or not properly. Angels are not fragile. In fact, they have no bodies. They are merely spirits. Cybertronians were naturally born with armor and some have built-in weapons. We cannot die easily compared to humans.
Sam screams as he nears his death. Lennox screams Sam's name. The other Autobots turn to see what is going on. Only Bumblebee is close enough to save Sam. He shoots his hand out, grabbing Sam and ultimately saving Sam's life without any injury.
Sam took a minute to calm himself down while I scanned him for possible injuries. To my relief, he was fine. Sam nearly gave me a spark heart attack! For a second, I thought I was going to lose him, but luckily, I was close enough to stop his fall. Like the guardian angel guarding two little children from their deaths by falling in a picture, I guarded Sam from death by falling. I will not allow him to die before his time! I will protect him from anything or anyone who tries to harm him no matter what. Just like guardian angels.
Sam looked up at me and said, "Thanks, buddy! That was a close one."
He seemed so calm about nearly dying. Did he not know how close he was to death, how much he scared me? However, I replied, "You're welcome. Don't ever sc-scare me again."
I am Sam's guardian angel.
