(A/N: I'm bored...so I wrote...and wrote...and wrote some more. Trying to get
everything right...And SERIOUSLY if anyone has an idea for a title, I'd like it.
I SUCK at making titles...)
Chapter 5
Takano-san! Where did you come from? How are you? It's been a long time!" Kurai exclaimed. He laughed.
I'm fine! I'll tell you everything. But first, go put some clothes on!" he said. She nodded, grabbed her new kimono and went to go change. About 5 minutes later, she walked out of her changing room in a red and white kimono.
"Ok, I'm back," she said. Takano stood up when she re-entered the room. She motioned for him to sit down and she sat down as well. "So, what you have up to?"
"I've been just traveling around. I was out for a while with Maho and Kouga. And then--," he stopped suddenly, looking at her arms as she rolled the sleeves of her kimono up. She has totally forgot about her scars, cuts, and the bruise on her wrist. He looked up at her. "What has happened to you since we last met?" She looked at her arms and quickly unrolled her sleeves. "It's too late. I've already seen. Please, explain."
"It's Naraku."
"Naraku? What's he done to you? Last time I saw you, you were having a loving relationship with him. Wait a minute. Last time I saw you, you were pregnant," he said. He was right! Did she have the baby? Did he do something to her to make her lose it? What happened?
"Naraku's turned into an ass. He hits me, whenever he gets mad, he hits me. And about the child, one day he got really mad at a random demon, and I cam in to talk to him. He just hit me. Just gave me one huge punch, right where the baby was growing. I just...I just felt the baby make it's last move." She started to sob. "He didn't care. He didn't give a hit about his dead, unborn baby. Why would he?" Takano got up and went over to comfort her, as her voice faultered and she started to cry uncontrollably.
He sat down next to her, on the couch she was sitting on. He put his hand on her shoulders. She suddenly turned around and hugged him. She wouldn't let him go. He hugged her back and she started to cry into his shirt. They didn't know how long they stayed like that.
"Come on, let's go find Chikara-chan," she suddenly said after a while of claming down.
"Alright. Then let's leave today," he said. She sat up and dried her tears. Then she nodded.
