Moon of Despair

Another one of my poems. This is a Xiaojin poem. This explains how Xiaoyu despretely searchs for Jin, only to find him leave again. This is a really good poem in my opinion. Plzz R&R. ^_~

(a/n): Okay this poem is about Xiaoyu searching for Jin after disappearance after Tekken 3 and then when he flew off again in Tekken 4. I like this poem. And it's rare when I like my own work.  

Moon of Despair

I once thought I had you, so close within my arms,

I thought my search was over when I finally set my eyes.

All those years of searching, searching for you again,

Using clues you left behind that were too shallow and too dark.

I encircled the whole world, coming back where I once was.

I searched the darkest places where the light has never shone.

I followed all the clues only to find even more.

An unsolvable mystery I tried to solve.

All these years of searching finally you have come.

Only to avenge a cause that was forever gone.

I thought I had you once again, so close inside my heart.

But you have left me in the puddle made of tears that I have cried.

I thought about searching for you once again but,

I knew, I was not going to find you anywhere.

So now I wait for you to come.

To come back for love that was stolen from us.

I hear the silence of the night, so still and so blind.

The moon has risen beyond the peak, showing me a sign.

I close my eyes and smile,

Knowing you are there,

Sitting down and staring at the

Same moon of despair…

(a/n): So what do you think?? Was it good!? I think it was marvelous. I think that's how Xiaoyu felt during these tournaments trying her best to search for her friend, Jin. Plzz review this poem. I tried my best on it. ^_^
