Hey guys! Sorry for not updating my other story, Like or Love?, but once I saw this episode, I had to write this. For those of you that haven't seen Rowdy Rudy, please don't read this, I would feel so bad for spoiling it for you…anyway, this is a little twist on what happens in that episode, except instead of Julie walking in, its gonna be Jack…I guess its just another 'what should've happened' story. Anyway, enjoy!

Chapter 1:

Kim's P.O.V

Big Mistake

As Milton puckered in the most unflattering way imaginable, I tried to remind myself why I had let myself agree to help him. Milton needed help in the "kissing" department. So here we both were, in the dojo, next to one of the two benches.

"I can't do it," he said, leaning away.

"Milton, it's just a picture!" I said, bringing the photo of Julie up to remind him.

"I know, but every time I pucker, I see Gurdy. It's hopeless," he said.

"It's not hopeless. We'll just take it slow, like getting into a hot tub," I told him, trying to give him the slightest bit of hope.

"Oh, I don't get into hot tubs, they spread bacteria," he said as a-matter-a-fact-ly.

"For crying out loud, Milton! It's just a stupid-"

What I did next surprised me big time. I grabbed his button down plaid shirt and gave him a fast peck on the lips. Just as I pulled us apart, I saw a figure standing in the doorway of the dojo. I turned and saw someone I wished so badly had not been there at this exact moment…Jack.

He looked stunned. He looked angry. But what pained me the most, was that he looked hurt. His eyes looked watery as he turned away, exiting the dojo.

"Jack, no! It's not what it looks like!," I shouted, running towards him.

He swiftly turned around to face me.

"Then what does it look like to you! Huh, Kim!" he yelled in anger, blinking back tears. For the whole time I'd known Jack, I had never seen him cry. Ever.

"I was trying to help Milton! He was-"

"I get it Kim! You don't have to explain anything!"

"But I do! Milton said that Julie wanted to kiss him, so Milton wanted their first kiss to be perfect! That kiss wasn't supposed to happen!" I told him, blinking back tears as well.

He looked shocked, but still angry.

I sighed. "And I was trying to get him to kiss her picture, not me. What happened was unexpected and uncalled for. Jack, I never meant for any of this to happen…please understand that. Please," I told him, feeling a single tear fall down my cheek.

He looked uncertain about whether to believe me or not. Before he could reply, my mouth let a few unexpected last words out.

"And I would take it all back, all of it Jack. And I would have given anything for that kiss to have been with you! And you wanna know why? Because I like you, Jack! More than just a friend and you were right all along, because I do have a crush on you. The biggest crush you'll ever know! And I'm so sorry if I haven't made that clear for you before now."

Jack's face softened. After my outburst, I was hoping he'd forgive me because I couldn't and wouldn't take any of what I'd just said back.

"Kim, I just have one thing to say," he said, taking a step towards me.

He continued stepping closer until there was only one foot in between us. He put a hand on my shoulder and whispered softly, "I knew it."

Hoped you liked it! I'm gonna do a chapter 2 for this because I know you'd all kill me for letting it finish like that. I'm gonna update Like or Love? soon, but not today simply because I'm lazy and I'm reallyyyy tired…heehee. Hoping for many reviews!
