Inside the mind of the T.A.R.D.I.S there was a... Thing that happened, it was old but new at the same time. The wheezing of the engines and the chameleon device being broken made it a bit odd to fly. Whenever the Doctor loses control (which happens a lot) it would glue peoples eyes to the skies and they'd be frightened to see that this random blue box is spinning and twirling through the air. Some say,"Blimey there a blue box in the sky at London! What happened to this world with all the aliens, and now it's just a blue box?!" The Doctor would be surprised to NOT see that happen but one day it happened again, but it was different as of the T.A.R.D.I.S was having a meltdown. The Doctor didn't know and he hated not knowing. He landed where the Tower of London was located. He saw Kate running to see what was all the commotion about. She instantly saw the blue box and thought, well lets see what happened here.
When the emerged he saw what mess he was in he was a little distressed that his T.A.R.D.I.S was wrecked...AGAIN. "I'm sorry for the mess ummm... Can you pardon me for the mess?" He said.
"Yes I can" Kate said
"Great, lovely lovely lovely... Umm I'm going to need that vortex manipulator from the black archive"
"Why?"
"Secrets untold."
"I can't give it to you without an explanation."
"Well we have to do it in private."
"Great!"
Later the Doctor unfolded his "secret" to Kate. He needed it for events to come that would unfold in his life, and he believes it will happen soon.
"Whenever this event is over we will need it back" Kate said.
"I can't do that" The Doctor said."Because it will be activated and you'll be able to change time and space for the worse or better. You could erase people in the process...or even erase yourself."
"Well then I can't give it to you."
"Well come here then..." He put his hands on her cheeks and knocked her out with his power to enter peoples mind psychic powers. Kate soon realized that the Doctor had broken into the Black Archive, and had stolen the vortex manipulator, but it was to late to recover it. She saw the door open and thought damn that foolish man has done it once again. She gave orders to put the Tower of London and the Black Archive in lockdown. She waited for the doctor and waited long as soon as she thought it was too late.
