It was the start of May and everyone was busy with their customers.Haruhi was in a kimono with flowers that Tamaki had picked out for her.This had attracted the attention of many of the girls.She turned her head to the twin,Hikaru and Kaoru,and mouth the words,"Help me".The twin excused themselves from the few customers they had and headed toward the pleading girl.
"Haruhi,"said Hikaru when he and Kaoru got to her.
"Yes?"she asked with a thankful look on her face.
"Come with us,"they said lifting her from her spot on the couch she was on.Haruhi waved good-bye to her customers as she was dragged away.She was dragged into the second room.
"Thank you,"she said,"I didn't know if I'd ever get away from them."
"Your welcome,"Hikaru and Kaoru chimed together.Then a surprising sigh came from Hikaru.
"What are you going to do?"he said to Haruhi,"You can't stay in her forever."
Haruhi looked at him shocked.She hadn't thought of that.Then an idea popped into her head.
"The reason they're so attracted to me right now is because of my outfit right?"she began to brighten up,"So if I change they might leave me alone."
Before Hikaru or Kaoru could say anything Tamaki came in and looked at them.
"Haruhi!"he said seeming angry,"You left all of those girls out there alone!"
Haruhi looked at him."Sorry senpai,"she said apologetically.She then turned to Hikaru and Kaoru,"I guess I'll have to go without changing."
Hikaru and Kaoru nodded and Haruhi walked out.Kaoru followed as did Hikaru,but Tamaki didn't move.Hikaru noticed this and turned to him.
"Are you coming my lord?"he asked.
Tamaki looked at him,"Yes,I'll be out soon."
"Okay,"hikaru said as he turned back around and walked out the door.Tamaki watched him.After a while of thinking when headed back out and to his customers.He was rather gloomy for the rest of club activities,even when Kyouya kept warning him that if he didn't get back to work he would add to Haruhi's debt.Which she objected to.He even ignored Hikaru and Kaoru's teasing,which is REALLY hard to do.
Finally the club activities were over,but Tamaki was still rather gloomy.He walked over to where Haruhi was talking with Hikaru and Kaoru.
"Haruhi,"he said sheepishly,"Can I talk to you?"
"Sure,"Haruhi said getting up.She followed him into the other room and waited for him to talk.Tamaki cleared his throat and looked at Haruhi.
"Do you hate the clothes I pick out for you?"Tamaki asked. (Not what you were expecting,right? )
Haruhi looked up at him surprised."No,I don't hate them,"she said still in shock.
"Oh,"Tamaki said still sad.'Why can't I tell her how I feel?'he thought to himself.
There was a long silence until Haruhi spoke."Is that all sempai?"she said hoping it was so she could go home.When he didn't speak she started toward the door.
"Haruhi!"came Tamaki's voice from behind her,"Wait!"Tamaki walked over to her,but he tripped over himself and fell onto Haruhi.Tamaki landed on Haruhi as their lips met.Haruhi's eyes went wide as she tried to get up,But Tamaki wouldn't let her.After a few seconds Tamaki broke the kiss and stared at Haruhi.
'It's now or never,'he thought and took a deep breath,"Haruhi,I love you."
He looked at her waiting for her to respond.She opened her mouth to say something,but nothing came out.She looked at him,thinking that he must be lieing,but then she saw the look in his eyes.A look of love.
"I...I love you,too,"she said as she turned bright red.She then grabbed him and kissed him again.After they broke the kiss for air they both got up.
"Haruhi,"said Tamaki,"I think we might as well go back into the other room before the others get suspious."
Haruhi nodded and headed toward the door followed by Tamaki.When they stepped out all eyes were on them,and everyone was smiling.Tamaki and Haruhi looked at each other thinking the same thing.'They were listening to us.'
