Sorta drabble. Felt like writing a plottwist.
The sight before him made Gray feel sick to the stomach. Right there and then is Natsu chocking Lucy, the latter's mouth letting out a stream of pleas for him to let go as she tries to free herself.
When the blonde saw her, she said: ' E.N.D took over Natsu. '
It didn't took the ice demon slayer long to take actions. The dragon slayer tried to delude into thinking it is Lucy who's possesed, but the raven-haired male is 100 percent convinced it is the fire magician. E.N.D is a fire user like the book, and why else would Natsu be spared by the black wizard Zeref.
The fight took long, but Gray reigned supreme when he stabbed Natsu right through the chest. Blood seeped from the wound, and the light within the Fairy Tail's mage went out. Gray dropped him on the ground with a stoic expression, saddened that it had to end this way ( but he had to do so in order to save everyone ). A smile would come on the last Fullbuster, but then he felt fingers encircle his neck, and a... tail?!
Carefully, he turned around to see purely black eyes, and a blonde with horns he knew so well. That moment he realized Natsu was telling the truth.
But he was too late.
