Chapter one

I don't like them, I don't want to be around them but my stupid sister always drags me into her pile of crap. I was sitting with my sister and the Heathers. The most popular girls in school that most people hate with every fiber of their being.

Sadly everyone was scared to stand up to them and I was one of them. They had the power to make my life at high school a death trap. "Hey Jennifer" Heather Chandler said making me cringe. I hate the name Jennifer it's jenny get it right.

"Do you wanna do the poll with me today" she asked giving me a fake smile. I can see right through her perfect teeth and pretty puffy hair. She hated my gut, she's only nice to me because they need my sister to do their dirty work.

I looked down not wanting to make eye contact with her but I could feel her burning holes in the back of my head. "I don't know Heather" I said playing with my nails. "What's your damage just do it" Veronica said causing me to wince away. I nodded my head and got up.

We walked around until we got to the table we normally go to. While we were walking I looked and saw a kid looking at me. He was handsome, he had that bad boy vibe that would make any girl want to have him. He rubbed the back of his neck and smiled at me.

A blush spread across my cheeks before I looked down and continue to follow heather. "Hi Courtney Love your card again" I could hear the sarcasm in her voice. Cortney put on a fake smile and gasp "Thanks, it's a last line limited, like totally blew my allowance" She said while giggling.

At least she has one. "Now check this out, you win five million dollars from the poetry sweepstakes the same day that big headed guy gives you the check aliens land on the earth saying they're going to blow up the world in two days what do you do" Heather asked.

That is the stupidest question I have ever heard. " That's easy, I'll just slide that wad to my father because he is one of the top brokers in the state" A boy said causing me to roll my eyes. "If I had the money I'd give it all to the homeless every cent" Cortney said.

At least someone cares about the world. "You are amazing" I said. Heather dragged me away rolling her eyes. I was able to convince heather to ask other people and it was so weird. We walked back and I saw that everyone was laughing at some chubby girl, even veronica.

I stood by the doorway of the lunch room. I looked at the kid again and he was still looking at me. He licked his lips causing the blush on my face from looking at him to grow. "God Jenny drool much" Heather McNamara said grabbing my attention. "His name is Jason Dean he's in my American history class" She said.

"Go talk to him" Veronica said before pushing me towards him. I stared at her in shock and I looked right back at him. My ears were on fire and so were my cheeks. I walked towards him trying not to make eye contact. I looked up at him as he scratched his neck. "H..hi Jason Dean" I said in a small voice.

"Greetings and salutations" His voice was attractive just like the rest of him. He pointed to my sister and "Friends" before saying "You a Heather". I shook my head, " no my names Jenny" I said. God I hate veronica. "This is a really dumb question" I said.

He chuckled. "There are no dumb questions" He said. I smiled a little before reading the question. By the end of it he had a real think face on. "That's the dumbest question I have ever heard" He said causing me to giggle.

"Roll out to the middle of the lake somewhere bring along a bottle of tequila, my sax and uh bach" he said. I smiled nodding my head "How very" I said. We stared at each other before I heard heels hitting the floor. "Let's go Jennifer" I heard a voice say. "See you later" I said while blushing.

"Definitely" He said looking me up and down. I walked away blushing.

He's so cool
