A small glass cup looked around with curiosity. She always wondered what life was like outside of Marzae and now she had the chance. The other objects in Marzae didn't allow her to roam the place.

But she was not the residents in Marzae. She was...well, she didn't have a name.

She bounced up and down. Sunlight reflected off of her. She breathed in the fresh air.

Walking into, unbeknownst to her, a street she looked around.

Cars, what many others called them, zoomed by around her.

What she didn't realize was one of them didn't notice her.

"Kiddo, watch out!"

The cup looked to her left and saw a nickel slightly shorter than her.

"Huh?"

It was only then she was knocked down with such brutual force and her vision was cut into bits and pieces, seeing darkness instead.

"I saw her and she didn't realize what was happening...And then it was too late. She got ran over and I dragged her here."

The cup opened her eyes and saw the nickel again, along with two weird-looking, similar creatures.

"Hello there!"

The nickel flinched. "Um, hi kiddo."

"Are you okay? Can you stand? Can you breath?"

One of the creatures walked-no, flew?-towards her in a hurried manner.

"I dunno. My arms and legs really hurt."

The cup tried standing up, but ended up in tears on the ground. "I-It hurts!"

"Who are you anyways?" The second creature approached her in a more slower pace and helped her up.

"Um...I-I..." The cup sighed. "I don't have a name..."

"Interesting and quite odd," the nickel said.

"Okay, we're back from the store-Who's this?" a high-pitched voice said.

A white and yellow-greenish ball and a penny entered the room.

"Yay! More new friends!" The cup beamed.

"Listen, kiddo. We are NOT your friends!" The nickel spat.

"Hello, grass creature. I am Tennis Ball and this is Puffbull, Puffball, Nickel, and Penny." Tennis Ball smiled at the cup. "And you are?"

"Doesn't have a name, apparently," Puffbull answered for her.

Penny didn't seem impressed. "I've heard of stories of where orphans don't have names."

"What's an orphan?" The cup asked.

"Somebody who doesn't have parents and they're a loser for that," Nickel snarkily commented.

"NICKEL! Be nice!" Puffball scolded.

"How about Cup?" Tennis Ball recommended.

"I love it!" Cup shouted.

"No need to be so loud," Puffbull muttered.

"Okay, kiddo. You're better. You have a name. Now go away, nobody needs you," Nickel snapped. To him, this was an inconvenience.

"Can we keep her? Please?" Puffball asked.

"But what about your parents? Sure, they let us stay for sleepovers and whatnot, but I don't think they'd keep Cup," Penny objected. "And you guys argue A LOT."

"I'll go ask." Puffball left the room and came back a couple minutes later. "Okay, we discussed it. We're keeping her!"

Cup gasped and squeezed the nearest object to death, who happened to be Nickel. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you THANK YOU! I LOVE YOU GUYS!"

"Uh, no problem kiddo...Anytime..." Nickel slightly smiled and the smile spreaded to his cold eyes.

"And without them...I would've died forever and never been able to be here," Cup said softly.

Pickaxe blinked at her. "That was a...heartwarming ending. Thanks for telling me."

"I know." Cup looked at a picture of she and them on her laptop.

She knew she wouldn't be able to see half of them that often because of on being opposite teams. She knew they'd have to go against each other eventually. She blinked tears at this fact.

Thank you.
