(A.N.1) When i watched "The God Complex" and i saw the scene where The Doctor opens door number eleven, this immediatly came to my head. So, i had to write this.

(A.N.2) Also.. Goodbye Ponds! You were great first companions for Eleven and i will be missing you both! (Got that off my chest)

He looked at the door in front of him. Door number eleven. And for once, he decided to break his own rules and look inside. Honestly now, what could this room have that could possibly scare him?

Taking a moment to straighten his blue bow-tie (cool!), The Doctor placed his hand on the doorknob, turned it, and pushed the door open. But only slightly. Just enough to see what was inside.

Or rather.. who was inside.

From his viewpoint, The Doctor found himself looking at a smartly-dressed man with brown gravity-defying hair. He was dressed in a brown pinstripe suit and white sneakers. The room he was in was expected of him. Coral backdrop, a green-glowing control console and a gray holed floor. An all-too-familiar sound rang out, the sound of the cloister bell.

The man looked back at The Doctor, his arms crossed, and an unimpressed look on his face. Through his eyes, The Doctor saw many memories, good and bad. But he didn't look for long. He hated repeats.

The man continued to stare The Doctor down. a solid reminder of what he was.

"Of course.."

He closed the door. And only then did he realise the irony of the numbering.

Door number Eleven.

(A.N) Had to get that drabble off my chest. Hope you liked it!
