1. Ignorance is Bliss - Jellyfish
"Wake up, you poor excuse for a leader!" The current 'leader' of Akatsuki shouted, slamming the door open. Yes, his 'pet' was Madara Uchiha, and Pain had decided to hold him hostage. Why? Why not? Heck, as far as he knew, no one was going to interrupt what he planned on doing to said person much later on. 'No one is going to rescue you, my helpless pet,' He glanced at said person 'because..' he smirked evilly, 'I killed them…' He then turned to leave.
2. Sparkle in the Rain - Daywalker
Rain was always something many admired; it was beautiful, it was calming, yet it could also be cold. Pain thought that this suited one particular person well in a strange way. Yet, said person was not there. 'I despise you yet you are like the rain that constantly pelts Amegakure; beautiful, but cold.'
3. Blue (Da Ba Dee) - Effiel 65
Everyone was dead. He was the only one left. Everything was quiet. Why? Why was fate so cruel to him all of a sudden? Pain… Sure, it was just a word, but it could describe many things. But most of all, it reminded him of the reoccurring loneliness that he once felt before he had met him. But that was long gone now. Just…a distant memory that would not fade and probably never would.
4. It's Gonna Be Me - *NSYNC
The Uchiha had been even more gloomy than usual recently. What could have been bothering him? See, Pain had a thing for said person and had been waiting for the right moment to make his move. Now was his chance! He would do it when they were alone. Then again…Why didn't he pick up on the little hints that he had been sending him for the past few months? Was he really that oblivious? 'One of these days,' Pain thought 'it's gonna be me.'
5. I Want You Back - *NSYNC
If only this hadn't happened… He truly did regret fighting with him. There was no way that he would get a second chance now. He could only hope that the Uchiha would forgive him. Then again, love or life didn't work that way. He wasn't sure what to do. He had tried many things, but none of them seemed to work. It was pretty much hopeless. Or was it…
