Dear Diary,
Today I saw a boy, and I wondered if he noticed me; he took my breath away. I can't get him off my mind, and it scares me 'cause I've never felt this way. No one in this world knows me better than you do. So diary, I'll confide in you.
Troy Bolton. It just has this ring to it. When we were on stage, it just felt magical. I wonder if he felt it, 'cause I just have this feeling in me … Now, I don't believe in love at first sight … but this was just so real, so fantastic.

Today I saw that boy. As he walked by I thought he smiled at me, and I wondered, does he know what's in my heart? I tried to smile, but I could hardly breathe. Should I tell him how I feel? Or would that scare him away? Diary, tell me what to do. Please tell me what to say.
He goes to East High! That's right, Troy Bolton, whom I met on New Years Eve goes to East High … How ironic is that? He's in my homeroom too. Today, he found me in the hall, and he looked simply radiant, and stunned, to see me in his school. I have to say, I was surprised when I saw the bigger than life-size picture on the wall of him … but oh my! He looked fine.

One touch of his hand, now I can't wait to see that boy again. He smiled, and I thought my heart could fly. Diary, do you think that we'll be more than friends? I've got feeling we'll be so much more than friends.
So today we 'auditioned' for the school musical, and we actually got a callback! It might be just me, but I can't help but to think that maybe, we could be so much more than friends.
