Papyrus was in a forest, fighting a Froggit as he dabbed marinara sauce behind his ears. He kicked the strange amphibian in the face, killing it. "Rest in spaghetti! Nyeh heh heh!" He laughed, striding away from the carcass happily.
"HAHAHA! You really seemed to enjoy that!" Papyrus whirled around. "Who's that?" "Oh no one! Just a friendly little flower! Hee hee!" Papyrus did not want to get in a conversation with a flower right now. He just wanted to get back home. "That's very nice. I'll be on my way now." "Come back soon, hee hee!" Papyrus heard as he walked away. He couldn't help but notice it was in a strangely flirtatious tone. Not thinking much of it, he headed back home.
The Underground was a strange place in the eyes of a human, but to Papyrus, it was beautiful. The trees, the rocks, even the ground was beautiful. The stars made the twilight sky seem to sparkle. As he walked through Snowdin to his home, he kept hearing a faint but distinct laugh coming from behind him. "Hey Mr. Flower! Stop following me!" "Hee hee hee, you caught me!" Again, Papyrus noticed a hint of flirtatiousness in its voice. "AND IT'S FLOWEY, IDIOT!" Apparently this was one flower you did not want to upset.
"Well Mr. Flowey, if you're so keen on following me, why don't you come out and let me see you?" Papyrus heard a rustling in the bushes. Suddenly a cute little flower popped out of the brush. "How cute!" Said Papyrus, wondering how something that looked so harmless could sound so threatening. "I'M NOT CUTE YOU IDIOT!" Oh. That's how. Flowey's face had gone from a cute smiling one to something incredibly frightening. "Alright then Mr. Flower, I have to go in now." "IT'S FLOW-" Papyrus shut the door before Flowey finished. He thought about the flirtatious manner of a few of Flowey's comments as he ate spaghetti later that night. After a while, though, he simply put it out of his mind and went to bed.
