MAIL MAN MADNESS
"Yo! Ally! Wake up!" She can be Soooo annoying! "Leave me alone Trish!" I whispered back covering my head with the pillow. "Do you know what day it is?" Why the heck would she even ask me that at this time in the morning?! "Ally Dawson is too tired to think right now. So leave a message after the beep. BEEEEPPPP!" Haha! That was a good one. "Ally. It's Tuesday." OH MY GOD! HOW COULD I FORGET! I jolted out of bed and ran to my bathroom. Trish was just rolling on the floor laughing. Stupid Trish. I quickly brushed my hair and put some pajama pants on. DING DONG! I ran to the door and opened it to reveal… "Dallas!" Ahh Dallas. The most beautiful, sweetest, most charming mailman I have ever met. "Hello Ms. Dawson. Here's your mail." He handed me the mail and smiled. "Thanks Dallas." His smile faded into a curious look. He began sniffing the air. "Did you eat onions last night?" I gave him a confused look. "Yeah? Why?" He nodded his head. "Never mind. Have a good week Ms. Dawson." He said waving before leaving my doorstep. "You too!" I said waving back as I closed the door. I ran upstairs and jumped on my bed, beside Trish. "OH. He's just so BEAUTIFUL!" Trish began to laugh. What the heck is she laughing at?! "Ally, you need to brush your teeth! You reek of onions!" I gasped! "OH NO! No wonder Dallas knew I had onions last night!" This made Trish laugh even harder making her fall off the bad. She didn't even notice because she was laughing so hard. This made me laugh as well. Our laughs quieted down when we started going through the mail. "Hey Ally, check it out!" She held out a huge envelope. "It's from our old high school! I wonder what it is." It is weird but I decided to make another joke. "There probably just sending you an award for most absences, most detentions, and most F's." She couldn't even resist laughing. She opened it and revealed a letter. She began to read out loud.
Dear Allyson Dawson & Trish Da La Rosa,
We are inviting you to our Year 2008 Graduation Reunion. We are excited to see all of you wonderful past students back in our halls. This will be held in our very own gym where many memories have been shared. This party is on August 14, 2012 at 1pm-5pm. We will have a slide show, a story sharing, and a meal.
