Summary: Away from the palace and the elixir to hide his true features of a fairer sex, Moses takes in the reflection of instead of a man is now a tired and hurt woman that seems to have a bit more weight especially in the middle. Also make a choice what to do know knowing the truth that been hidden far too long that leaves Moses's mind spinning.

Leaving Thebes far as he could, Moses starts to feel the dizzy spell and headache about to hit him. A sharp pain in the pit of his stomach and falls on the hot sand. He coughs up as he tries to catch his breath. A bitter smile touches Moses's lips seeing his hands turn more into feminine and the bindings on his chest becomes constricting. 'Shit it seems the elixir is out of my body and now I'm a woman. At least it been something Ramses or the one who I called father had no idea of and no longer have to hide.'
Struggling to get back to her feet, Moses staggers off wanting to find shade before the hot sun gets hotter and moves higher in the sky where any movement can be taxing. A soft sigh of relief passes her lips seeing a beautiful oasis and several trees and shrubs protecting it from any icy harsh winds during the night. It's her favorite hiding spot that no one known about. It been a place to think and be her real self as a woman when the elixir makes Moses sick when taking it and the body transforming from woman to man. Almost running and slipping down the slope, Moses let the tears fall that been withholding ever since learning should have died during the Slave Massacre that read during lessons
Near the water edge, Moses takes in the little stomach that she been supporting but in the man's body was keeping it slim and unnoticed. Now she thinks on it the strange questions when Ramses ask him if he's alright since the bit of weight he gain and starting to be notice a small belly form. Bowing her head and falling to her knees taking in the truth she been trying to deny. She's with child. How could it been possible when Ramses and She lay only when she's a man? She has all part of a man when in man form! Her questions may never be answer.
How can she go back now? She's not the daughter of the Pharaoh or Queen. Not by blood that is. Feeling confuse and lost, Moses grab some water to wipe her face before moving to the shade seeing the tent she left and bits of ration still there. It will do for now until she can go gather more supplies. Where can she go stay until her child been born?
Would Ramses even care she's gone? Or know the truth of heritage? How would he really react to Moses as a woman than just a brother he grown up with and been having sexual relationship only? Moses sighs feeling these thoughts are bring her down more just pushes them off before climbing into the tent where a bedroll is calling her name and soon starts to fall asleep.
