Hide and Seek

One day, Sonic the hedgehog was running to Cream the Rabbit's house. He was running super Sonic fast!

"Yahoooo!" he shouted.

He suddenly made a stop in front of Cream's house. He walked up to the front door and knocked. Cream's mother, Vanilla the Rabbit, answered the door.

"Oh, Sonic, I'm so glad that you could come. Well, come in, come in," Vanilla said.

Sonic walked into the house. "So where's, Cream? Is she ready to go to the park?" Sonic asked.

"Yes. Cream, Sonic's here!" Vanilla called. Cream came running down the stairs with Cheese the Chao flying behind her.

"Mr. Sonic!" she shouted, as she hugged him.

Sonic returned the hug. "Hi Cream. Are you ready to go to the park?"

Cream nodded rapidly. "Yes!"

"Alright, you two have fun," Vanilla said, as Sonic and Cream left the house.

"Cream, do you want to run or walk to the park?" Sonic asked.

"Run!" she exclaimed.

"Okay, hop on my back," Sonic told her.

Cream jumped up on Sonic's back and Cheese grabbed onto one of Cream's big ears.

"Hold on tight!" Sonic shouted as he took off running really fast.

Sonic heard Cream laughing as he ran.

They made it to the park in 10 seconds.

Cream got off of Sonic's back.

"That was fun!" Cream shouted.

"Chao, chao!" Cheese said, happily.

"Yeah," Sonic said as he looked around the park. Kids were playing everywhere. On the swings, the slide, the monkey bars, and everything else. Their parents were sitting on benches, watching their kids.

"So what do you want to do first, Cream?" Sonic asked. "It doesn't look like we can do anything though…"

Cream thought for a moment. "Oh! We can play hide and seek!" she suggested

Sonic nodded. "Okay, you hide and I'll seek," Sonic closed his eyes and started counting to 10.

Cream raced away to find a place to hide. Cheese followed her.

"7…8…9…10, ready or not here I come!" Sonic yelled. He started walking around, looking for Cream. "Now where can, Cream be?"

He didn't see her anywhere, but until he saw some rabbit ears behind the slide. Sonic crept over.

Cream was facing the other way and that's when Sonic tagged her.

"Gotcha!"

Cream gasped. "Oh, you got me! That was fun. Thanks for playing with me, Mr. Sonic," she hugged him.

"Anytime, Cream. Anytime,"
