This is actually my first FanFic for Wizards of Waverly Place, I usually write for Legally Blonde: The Musical. Please read and review. Also note I am only 13 so I am trying.

The sub shop looked almost out of business on a super hot day like this in New York. The three Russo kids were just sitting there. Alex, Texting. Justin, reading. Max, doing whatever he does.

Calmly, a young lady walked in she had to be about 14. Her hair was practically the sun and was long then curled around her shoulders. Her blue eyes glowing like stars. Max couldn't help but notice her. Other times every time someone walked he completely ignored them, but not her.

"Excuse me?" her voice was soft "do you know where I can find Jerry Russo, the father of the three Russo wizards?"

They were shocked she knew about magic. Justin knew she looked familiar, but he couldn't tell.

"Yes we can help you why?" Alex said confused. Max was still focusing on her, he had never seen anything more beautiful.

"Oh, no reason I was sent here for an emergency and I need to talk to him. So can you please help me?"

"Yes! Gosh! He is back there you want me to get him?"

"Yes please." Max and Justin were still focusing on her she felt a little awkward at this point. But she still thought Max was pretty cute. He however thought she was absolutely beautiful.

"Who are you anyway?" Justin finally spit out trying to figure out who she was.

She hesitated "I can't tell you."

"Oh, got a secret?"

"No I just don't know who you are so I can't trust you." Max reached for her hand to try to introduce himself.

"Hi," He stuttered "I am Max"

"Hi Max" she replied. They both liked each other as if it was a 5 year old crush. They locked eyes not looking away Justin just stared. This was weird for him.

"Jazmine?" they were interrupted by Jerry "Jazmine is that you?" The girl nodded.

"I never thought I would see you again, welcome."

Who was Jazmine? What was she doing here? My dad has met her before? Why is she so pretty? Oh god I think I'm in LOVE! Max kept thinking to himself so many questions rolling around in his head.

I hope you guys enjoyed it! I have a really cool twist for it, so just keep hoping. I am open for ideas after the second chapter because the second chapter is almost finished. I think by the about the 7th chapter it gets romantic. But there is some drama and scariness and I should probably stop now before I ruin it!
