Everybody needs love!
The service had been beautiful. Fleur had look wonderful and even Harry, who had no sense of fashion, could see what Mrs Weasley had meant about the goblin made tiara. Although it would have look much better on Ginny. No Harry said under his breath he mustn't things like this anymore, it was for her safety. He was currently sitting in the garden of the burrow at the reception for bill and fleurs wedding. Everyone around him was having a good time dancing and eating and drinking. (Even Ron and Hermione). Harry didn't know were Ginny was he purposely hadn't looked at her all evening knowing had he seen her all made up he wouldn't have been able to keep his eyes or hands off of her.
Harry wasn't aware someone had sat down next to him till they gave a little cough. Turning his head a little to the right Harry could see the person who had given the cough was bill. Even though bill had a smile on his face he still looked serious. He turned to face Harry and looking straight into his eyes said "everyone needs to love and be loved in return" After taking a second to think Harry replied "but what if all those we come to love die around us". Bill looked around at the celebration taking place, a celebration of love. "Not all that love you are dead yet Harry and even if you pull away and try to stop loving them they will never stop loving you. Look around Harry see people like my parents, my brothers, Hermione, Lupin, Tonks they all love you. And Harry how ever much you try Ginny will never be out of danger while Voldermort is around. And she will never stop loving you even if you die." With this final word Bill got up of the bench they were sitting on and pointed to a cluster of trees before walking of to dance with his mother.
Before Harry knew what was happening his feet were carrying him over to the cluster of trees Bill had pointed out. As he got closer he could see Ginny sitting and staring out at the horizon with silent tears slowly making there way down her face. In that moment Harry knew Ginny was thinking about him, them, and what was going to happen in the future. He also knew that what Bill had said was true, she would never stop loving him and deep down in his heart he would not stop loving her. Suddenly he found himself standing next to Ginny; silently he sat down and took hold of her hand. At this Ginny turned to look at him, "but I thought you were being stupid and noble" the words escaped her mouth at barley above a whisper. "I realised Snape and Malfoy knew, heck the whole school knew it must have got back to him already. Plus he can see into my mind he must know I love you" at these three words Ginny who had stopped crying started again for she new Harry had never said those words that most people take for granted to anyone ever before. "I might also have had a little chat with one of your brothers that changed my mind" continued Harry. Under her breath Ginny mutter something that sounded like meddling git but in her heart she knew she would thank him later.
The two of them got up and walked back to the party hand in hand when the got within about two meters of the dance floor everything stopped. The music and the dancing and all eyes seemed to be on them. They both looked at each other and seemed to realise at the same time that besides the people at school and Ginny's brothers who had been informed by Ron, nobody had known they were going out. To break the awkward silence Harry said the first thing that came into his head. "What, everybody needs some love!"
