With him he kept a rabbit that hight Oolong, and many objects did the hermit balance on the head thereof, for he was called Oolong the head balancer, and the hermit was called the hermit de le lapin des choses a équilibré sur sa tête, and it was a great wonder, that many people spoke of the wonder of Oolong and the objects balanced upon him.

Now came there riding a knight adventurious, and it was the end of the day, and he espied the house of the hermit, and thought perchance that here he would find shelter and goodly company...
