Scorp was nervous. He had never been this nervous before in his life, and he hated WHY he was nervous. To clarify, he was nervous because he had decided, against his better judgment, that he was going to break up with Rose. The beautiful Rose Weasley, who had defied all odds by even considering talk to him, a Malfoy. He had never hated himself more, but it was something he had to do. Ever since Rose and Scorp started dating, her family had become distant, and even though Rose didn't mind and insister with Scorp that they would get over themselves, he couldn't do that to her, he couldn't take her away from her family.
"Hey Scorp!" He smiled, she was always so cheerful, and he loved how she never failed to cheer him up.
"Hey Rosie." She smiled up at him and placed a quick kiss in his lips, "So what's up? What did you need to talk to me about?"
Scorp frowned, he was nervous again.
"What's wrong Scorp? You know you can tell me anything, right?"
Scorp hated himself even more, did she always have to be so nice?
" I wanted to talk about us… maybe braking up." Rose looked furious, her face turning as red as her hair. "SCORPI-!"
"Let me finish! Ever since we started this-us- you've become so distant from your family, you never do anything with your cousins anymore, and it's because of me! I can't do that to you Rosie, I love you too much to ever be able to hurt you like that. We need to do this, your family hates me and life between us could never be normal, you know it too!
"Scorpious Hyperon Malfoy. If you think I'm about to let yo break up with me because of my family who are always over exaggerating everything, you're horribly mistaken. I. Love. You. And as crazy as it sounds, I don't care what my family thinks! I've never been so sure and so in love with someone before, and I'm not about to let you end this because of some stupid hotheads I happen to be related to, ok?"
He had never ever loved Rose more than he loved her in that one single moment.
"I love you Rosie, always and forever."
She smiled "Good." She pulled him in by his tie and kissed him.
Scorp never again was bothered by her family, and they did eventually learn to except him into the family. And when that day did finally happen Rose looked him in the yes, smiling evily , of course.
"I told you so."
