Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto.
Sasuke: Hn. Why would anyone want to?
Naruto: 'Cuz I ROCK!
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
"As you all know," Iruka said, stepping in front of the desk of Konohamaru, "Next week is Christmas. As tradition, we always buy gifts for our fellow teammates or classmates in your case. We'll exchange gifts on Christmas day."
Konohamaru yawned. "Phft. It seems so trivial," he said to Iruka. "The exchanging of gifts is symbolizing the exchange of the Will of Fire between us… blah blah blah…" Iruka started…
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura cried. "Hn?" he asked, pulling his black scarf up over his face more. "I got you a present," she said.
Sasuke rustled around in his cloak and, in his gloved hand, handed a parcel to Sakura. "And nothing for you dobe," he added. Naruto growled, throwing his (manly) frog purse up and down.
"Today's mission. Buy for Kakashi-sensei!" Naruto exclaimed, pointing towards the Konoha mall.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Meanwhile, Kakashi was at the memorial stone. He brought a snow cone to offer to Obito, but he ate it. "AND I REGRET NOTHING!" he shouted dramatically to the sky.
"Yosh, my eternal rival!" (Guess whom.)
"Aw crap. Gai, go away," Kakashi whined. "No! I challenge you to a contest. We must shop for 3 fellow shinobi. I have names here. PICK THREE!" Gai shouted.
Kakashi drew three and fanned them out like playing cards. They read:
ASUMA
IRUKA
SHIZUNE
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Team 7 approached the mall. Shoppers piled into stores and sales were posted everywhere. Naruto sighed. "What would Kakashi like? He's so old, getting a Nintendo Wii would be pointless."
"Look," Sasuke pointed. A store called "Everything an Old Shinobi Would Like" had no lines and really low prices.
Sakura went in first. "Sir," she asked. The storekeeper glanced from the newspaper. "We're shopping for our instructor for Christmas…" Sakura continued.
"We don't sell to shinobi."
