Ada Bezarius, 17, sitting in classroom at Latowidge.
Ada checked the clock at the corner of the classroom. One second until break time! Just then, the bell rang for break. Ada gathered all her books and left the classroom with her best friend, Laura.
" Oh, Laura, I need to use the bathroom, gomenasai, wait for me, okay? Ada said. Laura agreed and Ada walked to the bathroom. She checked her reflection and brushed her bangs. How she missed onii-chan.
Suddenly, Ada heard some quiet footsteps. She whirled around and saw a girl with long, wavy, blond hair and pale green eyes standing there. The girl pointed at Ada.
" You would be of much use to my guild. Go there, and regain your happiness." the girl said. Before Ada had time to react, a brilliant flash of white light enveloped her. Ada tried to scream, but her voice just wasn't working. Ada felt her eyelids grow heavy. The world grew blurry and faded.
...
Somewhere, Ada heard voices.
" Wendy, how is she?" A male voice asked, full of concern.
" She's fine, Natsu-san. Just passed out." A young female responded.
" Well, that's a relief." The male said. " Wait, is she awake?"
Ada opened her eyes groggily. A blue-haired young girl and a salmon-haired young man sat near her bed. Wait, bed? Ada looked around with effort.
She seemed to be lying some sort of infirmary. Ada sat up and rubbed her head.
" Wh-what happened?" she asked the two people at her bed.
" Well, you sorta fell out of the sky in front of our guild," the male replied.
" Natsu!" a voice chided. The newcomer was a pretty blonde girl. " She's still confused!"
" Yeah well, its not like you now how she got here either, Lucy!" Natsu snapped back. Lucy rolled her eyes and smiled at Ada.
" Hi, what's your name?" she asked.
" Ada," Ada replied hesitantly. " Who are you people?"
" I'm Wendy," said the small bluenette girl.
" I'm Natsu," said Natsu, " and she's Lucy," he added, jabbing a finger in Lucy's direction. Ada got up.
" Wendy, is she allowed to do that?" Lucy asked worriedly.
" Hai, Lucy-san," Wendy said, nodding. Ada walked out of the infirmary. What she beheld was total chaos. A guy was surfing on a board on top of a row of barrels.
" Whoa!" he shouted as he crashed into a board with papers pinned to it. In the process, he somehow lost his shirt. A redhead hopped ontp another board and prepared to surf.
" I shall go next," she announced.
" Didn't I just say it was dangerous?!"
" Someone stop her!"
Ada couldn't help laughing, these people were so wild and outrageous. A hand clapped her shoulder, and she turned to see Natsu grinning at her.
" Now, you're at Fairy Tail! And you're part of our family!"
