Chapter 1
Another day in the Las Noches University. There really wasn't much to do there. The college fraternity, better known as the "Espadas" do make school life interesting though. People usually find them hanging out at the school fountain which the school would never turned on, and is now dried up. It was in the university's square. They kinda made it their base, so it was sort of off-limits.
"Aizen-sama.." the ever timid Gin Ichimaru blurted out to his fraternity leader, Aizen. Gin finally built up enough courage to actually talk to him. Aizen made him 2nd in command and his successor. He has no idea why, due to the fact they never talked at all.
"Hm? Oh, hey there Gin!" Aizen said with a cheerful smile. Aizen Sosuke was very popular in the University. He was head of the football team, a top student, and very handsome. Loly and Menoly were just two of hundreds of women in his fanclub.
"W-well I-I.." Gin felt very overwhelmed every time Aizen would call him by his first name. He suddenly turned into a red tomato.
"What's wrong, Gin?" Aizen couldn't help but worry. Something then came to his attention, he looked at his watch and jumped. "Crud!" he exclaimed, "I really have to go Gin, I'm late for football practice. See yah!" and he was off.
Gin could only wave his hand.
"Better luck next time kid." Kaname Tosen said to Gin (I didn't make Kaname blind here.).
Kaname is Gin's bestfriend and 3rd seat in the Espadas. The top 3 aren't really considered THE Espadas though…(following the anime?)
"Uhm, yeah…" feeling discouraged, Gin could only sigh. Maybe it's not yet the right time to tell him my feelings. Gin thought to himself.

Little did Gin know, Aizen wasn't really off to football practice, he was going to see "the girl of his dreams" Orihime. Her class was done for the day and he finally wanted to ask her out.
