Nicky's pov
"Yum!" I said. I had just had a burgeritto. I noticed my crush walking over with her date. dooley. dooley is always getting on my nerves. like that one time he rapped with Natalie. Oh and that time that he asked her to the dance.
"Dooley."
I say as I walk by. when I look back at him I notice his face. it is super confused. when it is time to go home, i get ready to go to bed and something terrifying happens. I crouch down to avoid the terrrible thing that is happening. Then it happens to me. I run for my life, I run so far i get into this dark room. I've never been in such a dark place without my siblings. at least one of them. then bats come from the top of the cave. nothing has ever scared me more! i cant belive what is happening to me. then dooley comes to me. Now I was even farther away from home. when i looked back, it faded away. now I was really scared!
Dawn's pov:
I go over to the boys room because i hear squealing, crying, and whimpering. I wonder who woke me up, the're gonna get it! I walk over. I see nicky rolling around in his bed. i climb up to his bunk carefully, so i don't wake up the others.
"Nicky, what's wrong?"
"Huh?" said nicky what happened?"
" It was just a dream." I say back.
