Rain crashed against the broken ground in great leathery sheets, muffled only by the lashing of lightning that accompanied it swiftly afterwards. Amongst the craters and splintered trees, stood two men, both looking equally as worn as the other. The brown haired man had a long gash that stretched from the tip of his brow to the bottom of his chin, shadowed by his hair-hat amalgamation. Opposite him, was a man with spiked blonde hair, with a similar gash across his chest, stretching from his shoulder to his abdomen, both locked their eyes to one another before simultaneously shouting.
"ZA PLANETO"
"SUN TITANIUM"
Their shouts summoned mysterious figures from their bodies that stood behind them, these were their Lays, Za Planeto and Sun Titanium. Similarly to their counterparts, the Lays began to glare at one another, only increasing the tension in the scene. As they raised their fists in preparation, their counterparts shouted once again, setting of the conclusion of the scene.
"JUJO!"
"DEO!"
"OREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREOREORE"
"MADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADAMADA"
The two Lays began throwing punches at hypersonic speeds, each meeting the other equally in both strength and speed, neither of them being pushed back and inch as their counterparts stood still staring at the other. Just as the conflict began, it ended with the catchy theme song with the sign that read 'to be followed up'
Rai sat in his room in relative disappointment, after all of that build up, the series of 'JuJo's Strange Escapade' ended just like that. The next series wouldn't come out until 2024, that is, if Areki didn't forget again. As the tune ended and the screen flashed into darkness, Rai sat on his bed, staring at his own reflection. It was times like these that he looked at his body in both confusion and slight sadness. Unlike the stereotypical stigma regarding otakus, Rai was actually fairly well built and in shape, lean muscle covering most of his body, complimenting his long blonde hair that fell just below his shoulders. Despite his apparent health, Rai was upset with his body.
"What was the point of training this hard if I don't even get any special powers at the end? This sucks"
He muttered to himself slowly as he got up and moved towards his bed.
Do You Want Power?
Rai was almost certain that he could hear a voice, but he knew that realistically it was more than likely just the tiredness
"Sure... If you want to give me power, I'm cool with that. Just make me look cool, like Raiden or something"
He muttered as he slowly drifted off into unconsciousness, unable to hear the response of the disembodied voice.
By My Decree, It Shall Be So
With the voice came a blinding white light, that shot into the chest of the now sleeping Rai, who fell even deeper into unconsciousness.
