~ In which Dragon!Parrish experiences his fire-breathing ability for the first time. Use your imagination to come up with what caused/triggered it. Also I guess you can assume this takes place during some kind of pack meeting by some part of the Beacon Hills woods. ~

Parrish felt the heat rising in his chest. It started out as an almost pleasant warmth, but gradually grew into an almost unbearable searing inferno. He felt like he would explode if all this heat and pressure wasn't released soon. Immediately after that thought, he felt the heat start to travel rapidly upwards towards his throat. There was no stopping it. Thinking quickly he turned away from Lydia and the others so that he faced the nearby woods instead, just as the heat reached the back of his throat. His eyes seemed to heat up, probably glowing, from the now close proximity of the energy from his chest. Doing the only thing he could think to do, Parrish opened his mouth. The heat instantly manifested itself as an enormous jet of flame, which shot out before him and attacked the nearby tree line. As this happened, Parrish felt the pressure and heat in his chest gradually decrease, and after a few moments it disappeared altogether.

The jet of flame finally died down and disappeared, and Parrish fell to his knees, gasping for air. When he looked up, he was shocked to see that he had left a path of devastation among the trees. The ones that were initially hit were nothing but smoking ashes and glowing coals, and others were felled, charred, and still burning. He sat there wide-eyed and shivering from both the rush he had felt, and the fear and shame he now felt for the destruction he'd caused. He felt a hand on his shoulder, and turned his head to see Lydia looking down at him with a concerned and sympathetic expression. "Jordan… are you okay?" She asked. Her touch and her voice calmed him, and he was able to give a her a shy smile and a shaky nod. She helped him back to his feet, and they turned to face the others. Everyone was staring at either Parrish or the unfortunate trees with various shocked expressions. Naturally, Stiles was the first to break out of his stupor and speak. "That… was… AWESOME!" he exclaimed with a huge grin. Parrish blushed, and then smiled a bit in return. As everyone else started to loosen up and regain their composure, Stiles added: "Just so you know, if I was joking before, I mean it now. We are definitely keeping you."

A/N: So, I hoped you enjoyed my little foray into Teen Wolf fan fiction! :D

I want Dragon!Parrish to be a thing so bad it's not even funny. (Two of my favorite things in one, why wouldn't I want it?) :3

This is my first fic on here so no flames, please! (LOL flames... heh heh. *shot*)
