A/n: Just a little poem I wrote in class last year. Found it in one of my many folders and decided to upload it! Hope you enjoy!

The World I Live In…

is anything but normal,

because being normal is overrated.

Where snow days and fun times come from an immortal teenager with a blue hoodie.

Where hope is brought to you by a six-foot-one bunny with an Australian accent who throws boomerangs and egg bombs.

Where your baby teeth hold the most precious memories and are guarded by a human-hummungbird hybrid.

Where wonder is brought to you by a man with a Russian accent, who has 'Naughty' and 'Nice' tattoos and fights with two swords.

Where dreams are made and protected by a man made of golden sand.

Where fear comes from a man in a long, black robe who has Nightmare horses.

Where demigods go on quests and fight monsters.

Where The Boy Who Lived has many enemies and is prepared to fight them.

Where magicians from the House of Life are trained to fight the gods.

Where there is no such thing as crazy.

Where lunchtime is used to throw carrots, tangerine peels and fruit snacks at each other.

Where we spend hours on end on .

Where time spent procrastinating is time well spent.

Where people with imagination are the best kind of people.

The world I live in, is anything but normal, because being normal is overrated.
